Ingredients:
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
- 1 egg
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 pre-made pizza dough
- 1 cup marinara sauce
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 cup sliced black olives
- 1/4 cup sliced red onions
- 1/4 cup sliced bell peppers
- Fresh basil leaves for garnish
Instructions:
Get the oven ready by heating it up to 400F 200C
Put the ground beef, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, parsley, egg, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper in a large bowl
Mix the ingredients together until they are well mixed
Small meatballs should be made from the mixture
Put the meatballs on a baking sheet that has been lined with parchment paper
Bake for 15 to 20 minutes, or until they are fully cooked
Put the pizza dough on a pizza stone or baking sheet and roll it out
Cover the dough with marinara sauce, leaving a little space around the edges
Cover the sauce with a thin layer of mozzarella cheese
