Gluten-Free Amazon Chocolate Cake Egg-Free



This moist and tasty gluten-free Amazon Chocolate Cake is great for people who are allergic to or sensitive to gluten. Also, it doesn't have eggs, so vegans and people who are allergic to eggs can eat it. You can enjoy a rich chocolate slice without worrying about gluten.

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups gluten-free all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil
  • 1 cup cold water
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar

Instructions:

Preheat your oven to 350F 175C

Grease and flour a 9x9 inch baking pan

In a large bowl, whisk together the gluten-free flour, sugar, cocoa powder, baking soda, and salt

Make a well in the center and add the vegetable oil, cold water, and vanilla extract

Mix until smooth

Quickly stir in the apple cider vinegar until just combined

Do not overmix

Pour the batter into the prepared pan and spread it out evenly

Bake in the preheated oven for 30 to 35 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean

Allow the cake to cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then transfer it to a wire rack to cool completely before serving

Gluten-Free Cranberry Sauce 4 Ways



You can enjoy this gluten-free cranberry sauce in four different tasty ways. There is a flavor for everyone, whether you like it plain, with a hint of citrus, nutty, or fruity. Great for your holiday parties!

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups fresh cranberries
  • 1 cup orange juice
  • 1/2 cup honey or maple syrup
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • Optional add-ins: orange zest, chopped pecans, diced apples

Instructions:

Rinse the cranberries and discard any damaged ones

In a medium saucepan, combine the cranberries, orange juice, honey or maple syrup, ground cinnamon, ground ginger, ground nutmeg, and salt

Bring the mixture to a boil over medium-high heat, stirring occasionally

Reduce the heat to low and simmer for 10-15 minutes, or until the cranberries have burst and the sauce has thickened

Remove the saucepan from the heat and let it cool slightly

If desired, stir in optional add-ins like orange zest, chopped pecans, or diced apples

Transfer the cranberry sauce to a serving dish and refrigerate until it's chilled and ready to serve
