Ingredients:
- 12 oz pasta penne or fusilli
- 2 cups cooked chicken, diced
- 1 cup frozen peas
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup chicken broth
- 1/4 cup Sriracha sauce
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
- 2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
Instructions:
Preheat the oven to 375F 190C
Cook pasta according to package instructions until al dente
Drain and set aside
In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat
Add minced garlic and cook until fragrant, about 1 minute
Add diced chicken to the skillet and cook until lightly browned
Stir in frozen peas, heavy cream, chicken broth, Sriracha sauce, onion powder, salt, and black pepper
Simmer for 5 minutes
Add cooked pasta to the skillet and toss until well combined
Spray a baking dish with non-stick cooking spray
Transfer the pasta mixture into the baking dish
Top the pasta with shredded cheddar and mozzarella cheese
In a small bowl, mix breadcrumbs and grated Parmesan cheese
Sprinkle the breadcrumb mixture over the cheese layer
Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly, and the breadcrumbs are golden brown
Serve hot and enjoy!
