Ingredients:
- 4 chicken breasts, cooked and shredded
- 1 cup Marsala wine
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 cup sliced mushrooms
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
Instructions:
Warm the oven up to 190C 375F
Put olive oil in a pan and heat it over medium-low heat
Cut up some garlic and add some sliced mushrooms
Take about 5 minutes to cook the mushrooms until they turn golden brown
Bring the Marsala wine to a simmer in the pan
It will take about 5 minutes of cooking until the wine is half gone
Add heavy cream and chicken shreds and mix well
Add pepper and salt to taste
Put the mixture in a casserole dish
Add mozzarella and Parmesan cheese on top
After the oven is hot, bake for 20 to 25 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and golden brown
Before serving, sprinkle with chopped fresh parsley
